Buy any Harker Herbals product and be in to win a wellness escape valued at $2,000 or one of 20 Blunt umbrellas (‘Promotion’).
- The Promoter is Harker Herbal Products Limited, 31 The Centre, Waipu 0510. Entry into this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion runs from 5 June 2024 and finishes 31 August 2024 (‘Promotional Period’).
- The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 and above, who are living in New Zealand.
- The prizes for this Promotion are ( ‘Prizes’):
- A $1,500.00 Canopy Camping Escapes voucher and a $500.00 prezzy card. The total value of this prize is $2,000.
- 20 Blunt umbrellas to be won in total, one per winner.
- Entry into the Promotion consists of making a purchase of any Harker Herbals product in-store at a participating retailer or at the Harker Herbals Waipu or Commercial Bay stores or online at harkerherbals.com. Once the purchase is made, enter the Promotion by completing the online entry form at https://www.harkerherbals.com/winter-campaign/.
- Entries close at 5pm 31 August 2024. The Winner(s) will be drawn on 1 September 2024.
- No entries will be accepted after entries close at 5pm on 31 August 2024. Entries are deemed to be received at the time the entry form is completed.
- The Winner(s) will be contacted by email within 48 hours. The Winner’s name may be published on our website, the Harker Herbals Facebook page, Instagram and any participating supplier's website or Facebook page.
- The Winner(s) will be chosen at random except when otherwise stated. All prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the Winner(s) being announced.
- If the winning entrant(s) does not supply their contact details, including contact phone number and postage address, within 7 days of being contacted and reasonable measures have been taken by or on behalf of the Promoter to make contact with the winner, that prize will be given away to another selected entry from all remaining valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Promoter is final.
- Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants as required (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
- The Promoter and any participating Suppliers reserve the right to announce and/or publish the winners’ names and/or photographs for publicity purposes.
- The Promoter and any participating Suppliers may at their absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control subject to approval by relevant regulatory authorities.
- Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter and any participating Suppliers from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter and any participating Suppliers for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Entrant's participation in the Promotion.
- The Promoter's decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
- By entering the Promotion, Entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter, any participating Suppliers and/or its related entities for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, notifying the Winners and distributing Prizes. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
- Employees, contractors and immediate families of employees and contractors of the Promoter, their related entities and any other organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The discount code “HELLO10” must be applied at checkout. Offer valid for first-time customers only, cannot be applied to previous purchases and is valid on full-price purchases only and does not include bundles. General Terms & Conditions
Entries, Selection, Prizes
- All reasonable attempts will be made to contact Competition and Giveaway winners using details provided on their entry forms (online order or via signing up to Harker Herbals email marketing list). Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Winners will be notified by email.
- Harker Herbals decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy
- All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the Competition or Giveaway. If stated, entrants also agree to receiving the Harker Herbals email newsletter (which can be unsubscribed from at any time).
- All information provided by the entrants will be collected, used, stored, disclosed and corrected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. All entrants have the right to access their information and request for any personal information to be corrected.
Exclusions
- Anyone who works for Harker Herbals, their immediate family members or any agencies or companies associated with the Competition or Giveaway is not eligible to win.
- Harker Herbals reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole discretion. Harker Herbals also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means.
- Harker Herbals will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs (for instance incurred in accepting or redeeming a prize) or any injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result of or in connection with the Competition or Giveaway, including any inability to enter, complete or continue the competition or giveaway due to equipment or technical malfunction.
