1. Eligibility
Subscriptions are only available to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.Products purchased through the Subscribe & Save program are non-refundable.
2. Discount
Subscribe and save 15% off all orders, starting from your first order.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You have full flexibility to pause, skip, swap, or cancel your subscription. You can update credit card details, change your shipping address, or adjust shipping frequency at any time by logging into your Harker Herbals Subscriptions account. To change the next shipment date, postpone your subscription, swap products, or cancel completely, you must do so via your account or by contacting Harker Herbals customer support with written confirmation at least 3 business days before your next shipment date (NZ Public Holidays are not included as business days). Failure to provide the required notice may result in your next order being processed and billed.
4. Shipping
Subscribe & Save is only valid for New Zealand addresses. Standard shipping fees will apply as per your account settings.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time at no cost. All cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next order via your account or by contacting Harker Herbals with written confirmation to prevent processing.
6. Rejoining
If a subscription account is completely cancelled, you will lose your discount and must begin from the start if you choose to rejoin the program.
7. Modifications
Harker Herbals reserves the right to modify or terminate the Subscribe & Save program at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers where possible.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Harker Herbals’ Privacy Policy, which explains how subscription data is collected, stored, and used.
