Standard shipping & delivery time frames are as follows (these time frames are after the parcel has been handed to our courier providers):
NZ orders placed before 8am Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. NZ orders placed after 8am Monday - Thursday or anytime Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays.
Harker Herbals offers free shipping for all Friends of Harkers orders delivered in New Zealand.
Harker Herbals offers free shipping for NZ one-time orders that total $75 or over. NZ one-time orders below $75 will be charged for shipping as calculated at checkout.
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your selected country.
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Harker Herbals. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Harker Herbals is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. Harker Herbals cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.
Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.
Harker Herbals will not issue any refunds or exchanges for items bought from a third-party retailer.
Refunds, exchanges or replacements are only issued if purchased from harkerherbals.com or a Harker Herbals Store at Waipu or Commercial Bay and the product is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, Harker Herbals will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds, exchanges or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy.
Refunds and returns are available for New Zealand customers only. International customers please select your products carefully.
All pricing on harkerherbals.com is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and includes GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will be removed at checkout for international orders going to addresses outside New Zealand.
