Take the recommended dose by age group:
Children 1-2 years:
1 to 2ml ( 1/4 metric teaspoon)
Children 2-5 years:
2 to 3ml ( 1/2 metric teaspoon)
Children 5 years and over:
5ml (1 metric teaspoon)
Take recommended dose by age group 3 times per day
OR for acute support, take recommended dose two to
three hourly up to 6 times per day. If no improvement
in 3-4 days, seek professional medical advice.

• Any repetitive chesty condition should be seen first by a medical professional to ensure no other underlying health condition.

• Because chesty conditions in babies can worsen quickly, we do not recommend our product for babies under 1 year. Rather, please have your baby checked by a medical professional.

• For other children, regular dosing is key. This syrup is for those really nasty chests where mucus has settled and is difficult to get rid of, and where normal breathing is hard work. In these conditions, where the body is working hard to get oxygen around the body, we recommend lots of rest alternated with some light activity to try and help get the mucus moving.

• We recommend using Chest Soothe Night to help little ones get some rest at night. Good sleep is vital to allow the body time to heal.
