Winter Warming Energy Brew

If you’re feeling flat with the winter sniffles, this is such a delicious, warming and nourishing drink that you can sip on daily. Beautiful for chilly mornings, and full of so much flavour.

 

To make you will need:
200mls water
1⁄3 cup frozen or fresh organic blueberries
1⁄3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cinnamon stick
1 knob fresh ginger root, chopped
1 TBS honey
10-15mls Harker Herbals Immune + Energy liquid

 

Method:
In a small pot, add the water, berries, ginger, and cinnamon stick. Onto the stove and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
Take off the heat, strain, and stir through the honey.
Leave too cool for 10 minutes. Stir through the Harker Herbals Immune & Energy liquid and enjoy.
