Seasonal Wellness Chia Pudding

 

This creamy chia pudding is a wonderful way to keep the immune system supported, and it is extremely delicious, the whole family will love it!

Ingredients: (1 serve)

  • 1 cup mango, frozen and defrosted, or fresh
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • A pinky sized piece of ginger root
  • 2 tsp Harker Herbals Echinacea, Vitamin C + Zinc tonic
  • Coconut to top

 

Blend everything together apart from the chia seeds in a blender until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, jar or container and stir through the chia seeds.
Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight, and serve.
