Immune + Energy Wellness Bar

Perfect for daily immune support and energy, Harker Herbals Immune + Energy Syrup is definitely one to add to your wellness lineup. Feel free to make the mixture into bliss balls for ease of portioning. These are great to keep in the freezer for a quick, nutritious bite.

 

Makes 1 slab:

  • 3 medjool dates, pitted and softened in hot water
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS melted cacao butter
  • 1 TBS Harker Herbals Immune & Energy liquid
  • Juice of 1 lemon, plus the zest for topping
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt to top along with the zest


Method:

  • Place all the ingredients apart from the dates into a food processor and get it going. As it is whizzing, one by one, add the soaked dates.
  • You should have a nice mixture that holds together.
  • Press evenly into a small, lined container.
  • Top with the yoghurt, and lemon zest, and into the freezer to set, then slice.
