Golden Gummies - because winter months are about to strike!
As we head into the colder months, these Golden Gummies are a simple, whole-food way to pack a little extra goodness into your kids’ day. Made with sweet, in-season satsuma mandarins, a touch of honey, and a hint of ginger - they’re bright, soft, and easy to love.
What’s inside
- Fresh satsuma mandarin juice (vitamin C-rich + naturally sweet)
- Honey (natural sweetness + soothing)
- A tiny bit of fresh ginger (optional, for warmth)
- Gelatin (for that classic gummy texture)
- A drop of Harker Herbals Immune Build*
- *If using herbal blends, keep quantities small and age-appropriate.
Ingredients
- 6 satsuma mandarins
- 1–2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp finely grated fresh ginger (optional, go light for kids)
- 3.5 tbsp gelatin powder
- Optional: a few drops of Harkers Herbals Immune Build (check the back of the bottle for your Childs amount)
Method
- Juice the mandarins and fresh ginger and strain if you want a smoother texture.
- Pour into a small saucepan and gently warm (don’t boil).
- Stir in honey.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the top and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then add any herbal drops if using.
- Pour into silicone moulds (or a lined dish).
-
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
