Elderberry Coconut Matcha Cloud 


          Ingredients

  • 200ml coconut water (or enough to fill about ⅔ of your glass)
  • 1 teaspoon Harker Herbals Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc
  • 200ml tinned coconut milk
  • 4g Matcha Matcha ceremonial grade (roughly two level teaspoons)
  • Ice




    Method

  • Fill your glass halfway with ice, then pour in the coconut water until it reaches about ⅔ of the glass.
  • Stir in the Harker Herbals Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc.
  • Add the matcha powder to the coconut milk. Use an electric milk frother to whisk until the matcha is fully combined and the mixture turns light and frothy – this is your coconut matcha cloud.
  • Gently pour the coconut matcha cloud into the glass to create a layered effect.

Enjoy as is for the layered look, or give it a stir to combine. Best enjoyed immediately!
