Elderberry Coconut Matcha Cloud

Ingredients
- 200ml coconut water (or enough to fill about ⅔ of your glass)
- 1 teaspoon Harker Herbals Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc
- 200ml tinned coconut milk
- 4g
Matcha Matcha ceremonial grade (roughly two level teaspoons)

Method
- Fill your glass halfway with ice, then pour in the coconut water until it reaches about ⅔ of the glass.
- Stir in the Harker Herbals Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc.
- Add the matcha powder to the coconut milk. Use an electric milk frother to whisk until the matcha is fully combined and the mixture turns light and frothy – this is your coconut matcha cloud.
- Gently pour the coconut matcha cloud into the glass to create a layered effect.
Enjoy as is for the layered look, or give it a stir to combine. Best enjoyed immediately!
