Be Well Lemon C Pops by Sarah Tanner

 

Great for any ear, nose and throat niggles that the kids might be having. Loaded with the beautiful Harker Herbals Vitamin C, and zesty flavours. So easy to whip together, the whole family will love them, and a great alternative to lemonade ice-blocks heading into Summer!

 
Ingredients for 2 pops:

  • 1 ¼ cups Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 2 TBS maple syrup, or honey
  • 4 tsp Harker Herbals Vitamin C
  • Juice of 1 lemon and its zest
  • ½ tsp turmeric

 

Method:
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
Transfer into pop trays, and set in the freezer overnight, or for at least 3 hours.
Enjoy with a extra sprinkle of lemon zest for more zing.
