🍒Cherry berry protein gut loving bonanzas, by Sarah Tanner

"Who else is excited for cherry season? This recipe is made with Harker Herbals GutBiome Balance powder, which not only gives the added benefits of some belly love, but creates the prettiest pink! For the non cherry fans, strawberries, raspberries or beautiful organic blueberries work too.

Recipe 

 

  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt, you can use coconut but it makes it more icy and not as creamy
  • 2 TBS vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tsp Harker Herbals GutBiome Builder (children) or GutBiome Balance (adults) powder
  • Approximately 12 cherries, chopped

Stir it all together in a bowl, and place into rounds on a lined tray.

Pop it into the freezer to set, then coat in dark chocolate, not essential but wow...take it next level!
