Manuka honey is unique to New Zealand and renowned for its high levels of methylglyoxal (MGO), the factor scientifically researched for its potent antimicrobial activity. The higher the MGO count, the more potent the honey. It contains more than 2,000 bioactive compounds to support digestion, immune and skin health.
