Chamomile

Also known as Matricaria recutita

Chamomile is scientifically researched to relieve digestive upsets, especially in babies and children. It is a key ingredient in over-the-counter medications used to relieve acid reflux, stomach pain, cramping, nausea and vomiting. Topical applications of Chamomile are also effective for dry, itchy skin conditions (studies show to be about 60% as effective as 0.25% hydrocortisone cream).
