Kids Immune Gummies

Kids Immune Gummies

These delicious gummies are super easy to make, and not only will your kids love making them with you, they’ll happily devour them after too. The perfect way to get some immune supportive herbs into them this winter. I’ve included two options here - a traditional gelatin-based gummy if you’d like that classic chewy texture that can be stored in the fridge. Or for a fully plant-based option, one using agar seaweed as the binder, which can be stored in the freezer for a cold immunity jelly.

Ingredients:

Method:
1. Add the hot water to a pot, sprinkle the gelatine or agar on top, and whisk with a fork until smooth. If using agar powder, heat over a low heat until near boiling (90 degrees) to dissolve the agar, then remove. Add Harker Herbals’ Children’s Immune Blend to either option, and stir to combine.
2. Using a dropper, fill the gummy bear moulds and place in the fridge for 3 hours to set for the chewy gelatin gummies, or the freezer for 2 hours for the frozen agar jellies.
3. Pop the gummies out of the moulds, and store in an airtight container in the fridge (for the gelatin gummies) or freezer (for the agar jellies) for up to 1 month.

**Not suitable for children under 2 years old as may be a choking hazard. Each gummy provides 0.5ml of Childrens Immune Build blend. To achieve therapeutic ranges of herbal ingredients, we recommend taking an additional dose of Immune Build twice per day as per the recommended dose.
