Gut Balancing Chia Jam & Breakfast Bowl

Friends this is so exciting, Harker Herbals and I are over the moon to bring these two new products to you – GutBiome Balance for Adults and GutBiome Builder for Children, complete microbiome support.

 

Here are two super easy recipes using the adults GutBiome Balance power, perfect for summer and absolutely delicious!


For the jam –


For the bowl –

 

Method:

  • In a blender, whiz all the jam ingredients apart from the chia seeds.
  • Transfer to a glass jar and stir through the chia seeds. Set in the fridge.
  • When you are ready to serve, mix the bowl ingredients together, add you favourite milk, along with some yogurt, fresh fruit and a generous dollop of the chia jam.
